Finally, corpses are safe in Cali
« on: Sep 13, 2004, 05:49:36 AM »
Only in California! http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=573&ncid=757&e=1&u=/nm/20040913/od_nm/crime_necrophilia_dc

What makes this story so bad is a similar bill stalled in tha state Congress last year...Why?
Mark :dunno:
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first.

I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.
-- Winston Churchill

Censorship, that most subtle tool of oppression, the tool of the fearful and small minded. 8/15/2008

California has way too much time on its hands.

Well the law doesn't say you can't perform a solid axle swap on a corpse.  Try that!!  Remember Marlin, you saw it here first!

Don't see why, heck in my group it's normal for some one to ask if you "want a cold one" or if you want a "stiff one"

"a handful of instances over the past decade is frequent enough to have a bill concerning it"

"Prosecutors didn't have anything to charge these people with other than breaking and entering."

"The state's first attempt to outlaw necrophilia, in response to a case of a man charged with having sex with the corpse of a 4-year-old girl....."

"Lawmakers revived the bill this year after an unsuccessful prosecution of a man found in a San Francisco funeral home drunk and passed out on top of an elderly woman's corpse"

ummmmmmm.... hmm.. Maybe I am missing something here. :headscratch: Could some one please help me? I'm trying to find out JUST WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! :puke3:

The reason Florida cant vote is bacause a great majority of the residents are senior citizens...sometimes they forget their glasses and cant punch the right button...or have alzhimer and shake alot :dunno:
