Empty Front Axle Housing
« on: Mar 05, 2008, 12:45:51 PM »
I currently have a 1984 Toyota pickup front axle housing.  This is for just the housing and they are straight, birfields and inners came out perfectly.  Shipping is what is going to make this be the most expensive so make an offer and give you zip code and I'll get you a shipping quote.  Ships from 56001.  Usually tends to be about $40 through DHL for shipping.

Thanks!

Call me tomorrow. I may be working on my rig in Madison Lake but I could make arrangements to get that shifter to you somehow.

Looks like shipping would be about $70 as for some reason DHL won't deliver anything over 70lbs to your zip code.  These have typically been weighing in around 75lbs.

I am located in Mankato, MN (56001).  The current housing I have is a 1984 with no significant damage other than some scrapes along the bottom of it from being drug over rocks for the past couple years.  This is straight as well due to how easily the birfs and inners pulled out of it.  You will need new outer axle seals but other than that its ready to go.  Also has the small "C" shaped diff guard on it.  No mars or scrapes on the inside or outside of the knuckle balls either.

$50 + shipping.  (Weighs about 75 lbs packaged up)

Thanks!

If by complete, you mean "completely empty" you are correct.  This is for the empty housing (no third, birfs, inners, knuckles, etc).

In your case $50 + $58 Shipping, so $108 shipped sound good?
