people in the area??
« on: Sep 17, 2008, 02:03:25 PM »
im new to the toyota scene and the marlin forum as well as living in a new area and i have been reading on the forum for the past month now and i figured it was time to join, so i live in elk grove and i was wondering if anyone else lived around here or where the closest place to play, but not too hardcore due to my 84 single cab shortbeds drivetrain is still stock but with 33s a weber carb and a lame 4inch lift previously installed.
 thx, Tom

Pics: Go to www.photobucket.com and start an account (register).  It's very easy to use.  After you upload pics, paste the [img] code into your post.

Also, from Elk Grove to Prairie City, you can take EG Florin or Calvine to Grantline and take Grantline all the way to Prairie City  That's shorter than taking 99 to 50.

If you want to use a fab shop to help you build your rig, I have a few references for you.  Two of them here on this board are yotaweelr and locktup.  They both can work magic with steel

I'd say Prairie City is about 15-20 miles out Grantline... and it's good for stock to really built rigs.

Just look em up on here when you're ready... their screennames are 'locktup' (Jason) and 'yotaweelr' (Jeremy).  They're both in Sacramento area... Locktup lives right up the street from me actually.
