it needs to be assibled has a full rebuild kit: new pistons, p rings, gaskets, bearings. valves need to be replaced. i guess it had a valve job done and the place that did it used crappy valves. and 2 of them receded a little. si guess the valve seat might need to be resurfaced to. it has half the intake manifold not the part that connects to the block but the part that the throttle body attaches to. it does have the throttle body and some sensors. also has oil pan new oil pump, stock crank, new timing chain kit. also the pistons are stock diameter, but they are taller. they put the comp ratio from 8.5 to 9.5 i was told
