I designed my front like one I had scene but with a bigger stinger and different mounting. My mounting plate is made out of 1/4 in plate with 2 bends dimpled winch holes for strength.

I designed my back bumper to tuck it under as much as posible to fix the horrible departure angle on 4runners.

Ya I have a bender that bend up to 2 1/2" pipe I am going to start bending up my front bumper this weekend hopefully if I can get my winch plate finished. I have all my rear bumper bent I just need to weld it up as you can see I started it but didn't finish.

That's what I'm thinking about making mine out of. Hope I can find some for free.

What bender did you use? They turned out really nice by the way.

I have a 110v welder it does the job. I am not the greatest welder but they have been used alot since they were installed. I have all of my back bumper bent and ready to weld up but I need to fill up my bottle. I do not like welding with gasless wire it sucks and none of my welds look good.

ya I know there was going to be another tube under the main but he did not want it. It would have brought the tube about 3/4" away from fender.
