auto tranny codes ?

wondering if anybody knows the truoble codes on auto trannys 94 runner.

Code says #4 solenoid anyone ever have a solenoid problem and was it actualy the problem? :dunno:

 This may shed some light on the problem. I've read that the solenoids do give out on the auto transmission on Toyota more so than the clutches going out.

Replace the solenoids. It won't throw codes constantly, and sometimes not at all.

Its a simple job that can be done in about an hour.

Thanks for the input guys it has helped alot. but my code was 65 and my tranny is a liitle different in that my t-case is divorced.cleared trouble and waiting for it to show up again and i think i'll be ready for it.Plus i have the old solenoids i thought were bad last but it was my speed sensor. :beerchug:
