aussie broke

i thought it was odd that the pins broke. i just put it in my truck this week and tride it out then it broke,  :dunno: called aussie to day they r sending me new pins.  :thumbs: iv installed 2 other aussies and they have worked fine for over a year now.

Weird thats exactly how I broke my lockright. Were the pices lodged in there causing it to act like a spool as well? You should inspect your crosspin as well, mine was broke clean in two, and I couldn't tell till I pulled it all apart.

i had some 235 75 15 tires on my truck. not sure y it broke it was in my front end. the locker was working fine i just needed to lock in my hubs to back up a hill and notice that my front tires were not spinning.

Could it too much wear in your case?....did you check the 2 tolerance measurements that are mentioned in the instructions?

the locker was only in for a few days. i think my problem was i miss read the center gap  :headscratch: when i put it back together i will be sure to triple check it.
