For 250 I would keep it.  Come up with the extra $50 and it's yours.  Still too early to lower my price.  Maybe in a month or two.  I'm not aware of any differences between the solid axle and IFS frames, I test fitted the bumper on a 85 4Runner frame and it fit fine.

don't know about the 1st gen frames.  you need to call the folks @ Marlin Crawler to confirm.  will ship on your dime.
