You can use the bigger 4runner brakes or ones from a Tundra. Bigger 4runner brakes came with 16" wheels.
Just the rotors and calipers are all you need. Brake lines might be slightly different as well, they are on an '04 Taco. So if you can get the lines from the donor vehicle it may save you some trouble. And you will have to cut the backing plate. Its easy. I switched to Tundra brakes on my 4runner from the original bigger 4runner brakes. Also just did the Tundra swap onto a '04 Taco, that one needed lines, mine didn't.
