cold weather start

 :mad:lately its been extremely cold out and i have to crank on my 22r for like 3 or 4 minutes before it finally start it hates this cold weather is their any way to fix this maybe my electric choke isn't working ???

Check the choke. Are you giving the gas pedal a couple pumps before you crank it? It's been in the teens here in the morning and mine starts fine.

is your carb electric or manual choke

just check the wire that goes to the connector on the choke it should have 12v to that wire with the ignition on.....if its got 12 volts there it should be working :yesnod:

If you are getting the 12 volts at the choke, but it's not working I'd say it's probably bad. Good luck!
