Technically we will not be at the "Hammers", but at Soggy Dry Lake doing Crowbar and Shaft Canyon...

Just got home a little bit ago, we had a great weekend, we did Crowbar, Lower Shaft Canyon, middle Shaft Canyon and also a quick trip out to Cougar Buttes on Sunday.

For some reason my camera wouldn't work, but I was elected the run photographer so our clubs computer artist gave me his digital SLR to continue photographing the fun. He's got the pictures now and is going to post them in their own website once he gets home and uploads them and I will then post them here. My guess is he isn't even home yet, I only have a 35 min. drive from Johnson Valley. I see you had some muddy fun, I don't know which is worse dealing with all that mud or the dust that was Johnson Valley, man it was bad.

Dust will blow off, but it takes a lot of water and some JB to get all this mud off.

You choose the mud, that dust was constant couldn't even see sometimes, then you'd have these kids on bikes come out of the dust cloud straight at you. :yikes:

Ok here's a few photos of our trip and as usual we have come up with another unusual vehicle. More to come once we post them on the website.
