These career/job type threads pop up quite a bit. I figured I would toss this out for anyone interested in aerospace.
The company I work for in Wichita is hiring for tons of positions. Most of these jobs are professional career type positions; everything from aircraft mechanics and assemblers to engineers and managment.
Some require advanced degrees, others a high school diploma and mechanical aptitude. The area also offers several other major manufacturers giving you good options later down the road for mobility. The aerospace industry is hopping right now. Pay is good and jobs are plentiful.
