you do take 6' x 1/4' put it in a press weld angle to frame & walla hight clerenc cross member

BudBuilt, super heavy duty laser cut  3/8" plate and he'll build 'em however you want

buds are sweet..So is the sky mfg..I went with front range because of the mounting..Seems alot of stress is taken off the motor mounts and it can be mounted pretty high ..

I got a Sky dual case skidplate.  It got me about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of clearance over the stocker.  Its made out of 3/8 inch metal and is very strong.  I havent tested it out yet becasue i am waiting for my rear driveline to get back from the shop.  It is being sold for about $200.

My dads got a Budbuilt and it works like a charm, he has beat on it and besides minor scratches it has no sign of wear

I love my budbuilt, had mine built with a 2" drivetrain lift and got motor mount spacers and 2" body lift from Roger Brown to match. Raised the gas tank up 2" and got about 5" more clearance. :biggthumpup:
