STOUT Equipment Rear Bumper/ Tire Carrier

I know the maker of the STOUT Equipment is out of business but i am looking for the rear bumper/tire carrier that was produced by STOUT. Anyone know where i can find someone who still produces these or of someone who will sells theirs. I have seen it on different websites, here is a link to one:
