Carb rebuild
« on: Aug 03, 2007, 09:31:53 AM »
Looking for someone to rebuild my carb. It's going into my 85 but it's out of a 86. I don't think it makes much of a difference ?  I would also like it set up for incline, basically so it won't flood out when on steep inclines.  Anybody in the Fresno area ?  If not send me some names & #'s. I don't have a problem shipping it out if it's to a reliable source.

  Thanks,

              John

You could probably do it yourself...it is pretty easy.  I have done a bunch for people on the board and you can get it cleaned and back together in an evening.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

I'd be willing to give it a shot. Do you have a particular way of doing it ?
