i just found out the guy i sold my pickup to never registered the pickup in his name then sold it to a kid for 500 bucks  im so pissed now i gota get home and fill out a new sell of title sli[ for the kid oh well im just butthurt i didnt know he didnt want i t i woulda gave him his money back oh well. talked to the kid he seems to hve a good head on his shoulder hes green so i offered t ake him out when i finish my next yota so i can teach him the ways of the wheel lmao

I'd be real careful in filling out that new bill of sale, you shouldn't have to do that anyways the guy you sold it to should give hime one. DMV does a chain of custody, that means when you sold it to the 1st guy the new owner becomes responsible for things like tickets and the like. The guy you sold it to must then fill out another bill of sale to the next (newest) owner and he now becomes responsible. I you don't include the 1st buyer then YOU could be responsible for anything that may have occured with or to the rig.
