turbo manifold or header??

im looking for a turbo manifold or a header to chop up to make my own???

Have you considered buying a turbo header from lc engineering?  I believe they're set up for a t3/t4

i have made my own long tube headers for my other truck before so i know i can do it. i looked at lc engineering and there a little more then i want to pay when i can make it myself i just need a flange or a stock one.. i have to many projects lol do u know if like an mr2 turbo manifold bolts to the 22r head?
