ENGNBLDR CRAWLER 261 CAM
« on: Dec 20, 2006, 07:24:58 AM »
Has anyone out there used this cam? Positives/Negatives?? I am looking for some low end power but trying not to sacrifice top end. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Westy

I have it in my '89 22re. It provides plenty of low-mid range power. My engine idles rougher becuase of it and I have read others have experienced the same. There is some good discussion about this cam on pirate4x4. Do a search there for it.

What about right off of idle, will it lug pretty well or does it want to die?
