Ordering a re-built G54HD
« on: Sep 24, 2006, 10:17:13 PM »
I'm in need of a tranny, my trusty old G52 is making bearing noise after 230k miles
(noise in all gears except 4th).
What is the preferred way to order and have one delivered to Sacramento area?

I saw a post that mentioned free ground shipping. Is that true,
and if so, does it include trannies?

i think their shipping does include trannies....

as far as ordering, you jsut call them up, place the order, get charged for the tranny and the core, they send the new one to you, you swap it, and send them the old one back to get your core charge back

There has been times when I offered free shipping as I was going thur the Sacremento area.

At this time I do not have any immediate plans to travel north.

We just had a customer today in the shop from Stockton.

Give us a call and I will check to see if anyone is heading north this weekend. I might know of a customer that will be heading to Fresno this weekend. We would be happy to build you a G54H.
