22R Rebuild Kits.

Who makes a good rebuild kit for 22R's.  I need to rebuild mine since it's got a knock in it.  I am hoping that it only needs a crank kit since it only has 131,000 miles on it.

i've heard engblder makes a good aftermarket rebuild kit.
