Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Cindy R.'
Cindy R.: Thank you for contacting iPower Live Chat. How can I help you?
Michael: Hello,
Michael: I am the administrator for MarlinCrawler.com
Cindy R.: I'll be happy to assist you.
Michael: And I was just wondering if there has been a power outage at your server station because all of our site has been down for 30mins now
Michael: I have no http nor ftp nor pop access right now
Michael: I was actually in the middle of updating one of my websites when my ftp client lost its connection
Michael: both our main doman and all subdomains do not work, and I have no more ftp access as well
Michael: I believe our server is located in LA? It is host158. I have heard of multiple power outages in Los Angeles so I figured that was the case? Thankyou for looking into it for me......
Cindy R.: I will be right with you.
Michael: Thankyou Cindy.
Cindy R.: There are some network issues going on at the moment which will be corrected in the next few hours
Cindy R.: So please allow the same.
Cindy R.: We are sorry for the inconvenience faced by you regarding this matter.
Cindy R.: Is there anything else I can help you with?
Michael: ......... Thankyou for that information,
Michael: I hope it can be resolved soon as we rely on our site even for our employees (as we have an online catalog for our business)
Michael: You have answered my question and I appriciate your time, have a nice day :)

The site went back up sometime around 14:30 PST.

Sorry for "the inconvenience faced by you regarding this matter."

Regards,
BigMike

I still do not have any ftp access.

I don't know what they are doing, but they might not be finished yet.

Ok, I just spoke to them again, and my FTP service will be down "for a couple of hours" ::)

I am supposed to be lowering the prices on the MC07 kits right now, and I am only able to correct the prices on our shopping service and not on the webpage listing (the price should be $349 not $399).

Oh well, guess I'd better find something else to do
