? on 1st gen runners
« on: May 28, 2006, 07:02:58 PM »
so im thinking about picking up a 89' runner. how does the tailgate come down, is it like a truck or does it come out to the side. Also would i be able to fit a quad in the back, i have a trx450 if that helps. Thanks for the help.

fold down the seats...take out roll bar...and yea, tailgate is like trucks, only 2x heavier. you open it from the inside after you roll the window down. anyway, the bed diamentions are similar to trucks after the roll bar and seats are folded down.
