buying front axle housing
« on: Mar 05, 2006, 01:09:15 AM »
So if I'm looking for a toy axle for a SAS and I find somebody is advertising just a housing, is there anything else I would need other than the shafts and birfs.  I have the ifs calipers and I'd be getting a complete sas kit and rebuild kit.  Anything I'm missing?

you would need:  knuckles, lower bearing king pin thing, sprindles, bolts, wheelbearing, hubs, rotor hubs.  quite a bit of crap thats gonna cost alot more than just waiting to get a complete front end

Alright, I knew it couldn't be that simple.  As for the third member I was going to throw in a HP elocker.
