I run a 3.0 in my '91 ext cab 4x4 and I am getting close to 400k. a few problems but nothing major, had the head gasket recall, fan idler bracket a few times it has been a really good truck.  I drive it all over the country (with confidence).  It is not unusual for me to put 2k over a weekend.  tranny went out, took it in today for rebuild - $1500 big ones  OUCH  as soon has I get it put back in I have to drive to Wisconson when I get back it will have over 400k -  -  -  keeps goin and goin and goin.....
