I was going to use an NP465 and a NP205 that I have, and stuff a Klune V in between, but since I saw your rig, I am totally rethinking the possibilities.
Shorter, lower ratios, less weight. I'll be putting all this behind a 235 hp 4.3l, so it should hold up just fine. I have an SM420 and a Toyota t-case already too.
So, how do you like it? Would you change anything?
I ask because there is a guy around here with a buggy called "Digger". He's running the NP465/Klune-V/NP205 set up that I was planning on running. And he says he wouldn't change a thing. And he has a 502 CID Chevy crate motor running on propane in front of that.
