22R Carb Question
« on: Aug 26, 2003, 01:22:15 PM »
I have a carb from an 83 that I am trying to adapt to an 85.  There is a piece on the passenger side of the carb that I believe is the fast idle cam, and I don't think it is on the later model carbs, because the 85 has no hose to connect to it.  I need to know if I am right and if so can I just remove it or do I need to get a carb from an 85

I don't have any way to post a pic, but I spoke to a couple people and I think I am right.  Im going to pick up a carb for a later model today.
