I was doing some contemplating on choosing between f-150 and s-10 rear leaf springs. F-150's are a couple of inches longer than the s-10's, but the s-10's are longer between the fixed (front) mount and the axle mount by one inch. Geometrically a greater angle can be achieved with more distance between fixed mount and axle, but I have seen f-150's in action and have awesome flex. Have not seen s-10's in action but I have heard good things. Do any of y'all have any experiences to share that might help?
