I have been busy trying to find out just what gear setup is in my 97 T100 2wd. I have obtained an entire 2004 Tacoma rear axel assembley. Drum to drum. It has a 4.10 gear and the cradle type bearing caps. Will the chunk gear fit my T100 ?? Will it make a difference if my diff does not have the cradle setup ? Will a so called 8 inch and a so called 8.4 fit the same housing?? My plan is to set this chunk up with a locker and swap it out. The ratios are the same. All these question's.......This is what you get with an A08A door jam sticker code. Any and all help is appreciated.. Thanks
