Fresno State is a good school and Fresno is'nt a bad place to live. There is lots of jobs due to the housing boom, and it's probably cheaper to live here compared to Riverside  :twocents:

Fresno is ok. Apartment wise, before I got married (3 yrs ago) my half of rent was $325 for a nice apartment. FSU is a decent school depending on your major, some are better than others but that's how all schools are. I'm in construction and they are always looking for help. There is always a job somewhere in any field if you are willing to work. And the best part, there are some decent trails that you can be on in just over an hour out of town.
