I do recommend getting that 4 speed t-case. Theres nothing different about it that would concern you. The guts are all interchangable. The t-case that came behind, say, an L43, has an input shaft that has a raised edge on the splines. But since you are swapping all the guts out anyway, that doesnt concern you. There isnt much difference in the two different gear sets. (noisey vs quiet). Its all loud to me when you push 3000 rpm in low 5th gear. Just turn up the radio.
