22R with a brand new webber 38 Carb, fresh tune up just had the head rebuilt with 0 miles lower end has 160k
2nd 22r complete motor with 92k all stock
5 speed manual W56 trans with brand new clutch
Dual Transfer case set up with trail gear adapter 2.28 stock front case, 4.7 marlin rear case and spedo extension
224 to 1 Crawl Ratio
Trail gear dual crossmember with HD mount
Square front driveshaft and brand new rear driveshaft for an 85 extra cab can get measurements if needed.

spliting it all up

22R complete motor with brand new rebuilt head $550
22R complete stock motor with 92k $450
weber carb $150
trans with brand new clutch $300
cases with spedo extension $1100
x member with hd mount $250
front square driveshaft $150
rear extra cab driveshaft $250 Brand new
rear 4runner driveshaft $200

Old post, but do you still have the weber 38 available?  I have a 22r carb for my hybrid but am curious to try the 38 since they're supposed to be a lot less finicky than the 32/36.
