Topic: new tire wheel setup width?

so i am about to put new wheels and tires on my 89 pickup.  for tires i am putting the goodyear MTR 35x12.5x15.  wheels i am going to go with at steel 15x10 probably 3.75 backspacing.  i am also going to have 1in spacers on there.  this is with a SAS 3in lift.  this setup seems like it will be really wide. maybe too wide?  is anyone else running this? Do you like it?  what other backspacing options would be good?  pictures would help a ton.  thanks

It's actually common to have 1.5" spacers on the front and then some go with a 2.5 or even 2" back spacing 15x10 wheels with even wider than 12.5 tires. My point is you won't be overly wide.

Wont be too wide, and if you are buying new rims as well as tires, you should really opt for 2.5"BS over 3.75.  With 2.5 backspacing on a 10" wide rim w/a 12.50 tires, your IFS rear will be about 75" outside-to-outside.
