They say only people with an IQ of 120 and over are able to figure this out.
 
 Here’s the problem.
 
 IF:
 2+3=10
 7+2=63
 6+5=66
 8+4=96
 
 Then:
 9+7=?

7(7+2) = 63
6(6+5) = 66
8(8+4) = 96

9(9+7) = 144

The problem is:
 2+3= 5 not 10
 7+2= 9 not 63
 6+5= 11 not 66
 8+4= 12 not 96
 
 9+7= is 16, and only 16
