Topic: vibration in front axle on sas 4x4

Ok sas done in a friends truck.Front Has a vibration bad when in 4x4, almost same when just hubs locked no 4x4, hubs unlocked in 4x , no nothing. New gears in front housing, new drive shaft, new Longfields 30s, new hubs. We took axle apart to find small amount of rubbing in ball, clearances it more (by a lot). Stumped/ missing something. I've built 12 front axles and 12+ sas. Help lol.

is your front axle housing bent?

Is the front driveline not phased correctly?

Bent was a possibility but truck had good wheel alignment at tire shop. ??   Not Phased correctly?

The drivshaft is balanced with the u-joints and slip joint in a certain orientation.  If they get taken apart w/o getting put back the same way it can be off balance.

Ya will have too ask where/who made saft. Said he paid $450 for it. ?? Think it's come down to shaft or diff. I like this cause it means it was t me.lol pulling my shaft from one of my rigs and will also swap a spare diff if shady doesn't work

Has dub cardadon joint, long slip. Just concerned bout angle. He's just going to build a high pinion should fix shaft angle and possible diff issues.
