Installing cs130 alt in 85

Installing a chev 1 wire alt. Question is I dont want the alt light staying on. Is it possible to jump the stock 3 wires to 12v to trick the alt charge light? Just leAving them dangling is just weird. But I already have the one wire. Ive searched for days without finding that specific.

When I put a 1-wire in my first gen the charge light never came on...

cs130 alts can be wired for three wire application. just needs the 3 wire plug. then your charge light will work like it did when it is stock
