1986 Toyota 4Runner SR5
I built this rig from the ground up and took my time to make sure it was done correct. The 4runner runs and dives great on the street and does even better off-road. I invested allot of money and time into this rig to make sure that it would be a strong, reliable, dependable vehicle that you can get in and drive a long distance or go hit the trails and then drive it home.
ENGINE- 4.3 TBI V6 with 80k, Griffith 4 core radiator, Flex-a-lite electric fan, and Advance Adapter motor mounts.
TRANNY & TCASE- Advance Adapter to a W56 with duels with a Marlin adapter and Trail Gear skid plate.
FRONT AXLE- 83' front with 4:88 gears, E-locker, bobby longfield chromoly 30 splines axles, Upgraded to bigger vented FJ rotors and V6 calipers ,Marlin Hy steer, and 2" wheel spacers.
REAR AXLE- IFS, 4:88 gears, and a Detroit.
SUSPENSION- Front 4" Marlin springs( SAS ) with Bilstien shocks and 63s with Trail-masters in the rear.
TIRES & WHEELS- 37" Toyo MTs (like new about 95%), on black Rock Crawler rims.
EXTRAS- onboard air, Flowmaster exhaust, new tags, IFS box, and new aftermarket gauges(water,oil,volt).
