Ifs box rebuild???

Is there a way to rebuild a ifs box mine leaks from the out put shaft

ya its kind of a PITA but you can take it all apart i rebuilt one once a long long time ago and when i took it apart all these balls fell out and i had to use grease to make them stick back in there because they are in there in a spiral shape. its almost worth it to just get a new box.. IMO

Junkbox box for a replacement.  Good luck finding the rebuild kit.

Good luck finding the rebuild kit.

This guy on PBB seems to have luck finding them.

"I used a kit I found on Amazon for my 86 box. Brand and part number are : EDELMANN 8846"

I use to get them at the dealer when I ran a steering box.

Remember there are two different style boxes
