Anyone ever done a swap with one or these engines ? I was wondering if they would work very well for crawling .

I did the 1uz swap and I love it, you just never have to push it hard and it just go wherever i want to

Hi Guys. Over here in South Africa the 1UZ-FE is a very popular motor the guys put into their Hilux'es and J4 Land Cruisers. Enough oomph, strong and reliable and relatively cheap conv to do.. I am busy installing a 1uz-fe vvti into my FJ at the moment.
