Noob looking for build advice '92 runner 3.0
« on: Aug 09, 2012, 12:00:40 AM »
Just digging for some advice. Rugrat necessitates ditching '85 std cab. Rear suspension? I have cheap arse front springs and shackles w/ 63" chevs in back, dual shackles. I like the way it wheels, really stable and never tippy, but 35's are so 2005. 37" creepy crawlers?
Also I see advance adapters has a r151 to 21 spline case adapter. Any experiences? Gonna steal my dual cases w/ 4.7 rear gears from pickup. Am i just gonna break stuff?
Want to be able to do this again.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pdSMhf_RhY

thx for your thoughts.
