How to removed the Spring bushings ?

I try in to removed the old bushings of my Chevy springs, anybody do this before and how? Thanks

 I used a torch and "softened" em up a bit

A small torch is the easiest, a heat gun might also do the trick.  You can also use a hole saw that matches the inside diameter or use a small drill bit and drill around the bushing, then scrape out the material that is left behind.

ya, just a little propane torch.  you dont want to heat it up too much, just enough where you can push it through with a pry bar.

then a large spring bushing will fit in.

Well I know hole saw work lot better. On the first spring I damage the metal little bit with the hole saw but and the second spring no damage nice and clean thanks all u guys for u help!

The hole saw idea is less toxic than the heat. I think those bushings are pressed in from the factory.
