Learn English, learn to spell correctly, post a picture. Leave the profanity and hipster lingo elsewhere. Then you might get a better response from someone that has money to spend on a winch.

Free Bump to the top that is not from you self promoting.

Yes it does seen expensive, Warn does not make or support parts for these any more. Seem like support ended in the mid to late 70s for the 82 series. If some one is building or restoring a period piece then this just might be the ticket for them. That still does not excuse the grammar and profanity from the original poster. Everyone has their idea of what something is worth and there are some dreamers that think that their junk is polished treasure to someone else. They can ask what they want but self bumping to the top might show that the price is out of line.

Here is a link to Amazon for a brand new 8,000lb winch delivered for $477. but it might now be what you want.

Ummmmm findley, I don't know what kind of crack your smoking, but warn still makes that winch, its just now called the 8274-50 with the new designed brake and control pack.  So until you get your facts straight, keep your mouth shut in peoples threads. I know this info first hand as I used to work for warn so you can't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about cause people know me here and know I'm right.
Build it right or get off the trail

Muddytazz.. hope you feel better. You are right I was thinking of the Warn 8074, therefore the reference to the period correctness.  Still the OP can ask what ever they want for it. And a free bump to the top for them.

@ socal88 think the winch sold because the buyer knew what he was looking at not because of you're spelling or grammar thanks for the advise do. Oh and f.y.i. GRAMMAR is spelled with ar. thanks =)

Thanks for pointing that out, I'll make sure next time to spell it right.  :clap2:And as far as your price for your winch it's real fair, because for a new 8274 they go for around $1700.00 :usa:
