I think those are the dates from last year, and there is WAY more snow up there than last year.

A forest service worker told me that they wern't gonna have the Red mountain trails open till Aug. 1st.     and Dusy might not open till September, if at all.

Heard the same thing as well from a Ranger up there last week.

I was told that the gate off 168 is open however to the trails under the Tamarrak Lodge but the gate at the sand flats is closed. Anyone confirm this?

I believe it's open uppast the horse coral but the next gate up is closed. From what I heard there is even some decent drifts leading up to that point.
