Did you install a Check engine light?
Any codes?
These motors will do exactly that if there is a vaccum leak anywhere after that AFM.
Unplug the TPS and see what it does. That will toss it into limp mode and you should be able to bring the RPMs up if the AFM is functioning.  If you cant then start checkign AFM related issues. If you can then start checking TPS related problems.

Yes I installed an external fuel pump from a Ford F-250 as YotaTech said to do for these swap's...Also I checked the TPS and it was bad so I got a new one and put it on...It work's a little better now but still not right...The timing mark is 90 degrees to the right and the distributor won't move the mark at all, thinking maybe skipped a tooth on the timing chain but not sure...anymore suggestion's let me know!

So what was that plug for? What could have caused this problem by a single plug? Was it a large conection plug? Or maybe a single ECU lead, like one of the wires for the AFM maybe..........

I don't know what the plug does....But it had about 12 pins or so and it was near the ecu...

What year and model f250 did you get that pump out of?  Thanks
