Ecu compatabiity

Hey all.  My question is I've got a 22re with a340f auto tranny and hydro tcase, the question is I'm changing to a manual tranny will the ecu I have still work or do I have to swap it out for another, or get it flashed or what?

i would suspect that you would have to have the ecu reflashed or replace it with an ecu  from a manual

You really don't flash toyota ECU's. Auto to Manual is a hard one. Alot of the Manuals can be swapped. You can get them cheap if you look.
