Chicago Electric.

However, I believe (not positive, as its been a while) that Milemarker winches are also made by Chicago Electric.  There was a writeup a year or so I'm guessing in 4 wheeler or the like that compared several winches, and both did fairly well IIRC

I've heard good things about Harbor Freight's winches. I've seen them perform and a lot of the people I know that use them have had them for awhile. Just letting ya know :thumbs:
