Not so sure about snow. Raining now as we speak at Shaver Lake. We plan on being up there for the weekend and head back on Sunday. Enjoy Memorial Day at home before the dreaded work week starts!

I went in with Danny in the small Willys about 500 feet past the gate but too many people stuck in the way and that was at 11:00 Sat. night after the poker run at Bretts. mountain toppers gig. Not to bad up there and melting fast...

Had a great time at Whiskey Falls... Being your passenger was a little hairy, though... I think I'll stick to my Jeep... I feel alot safer with a rollcage!!!

Didn't get to make it up there Friday as planned. Had to register my daughter for school. Went Monday instead, and made it alot further than last time! Got a few scuffs on the Jeep, tore my door, but all in all I had a blast! Can't wait till the snow is melted already!!!

Haha, of course! My first addiction is hot rods, I'm still learning this 4X4 stuff but I know how the hot rod crowd is, I'm sure there are many similarities. Tons of smack talking! The military has given me a thick skin, I can take it

Conditions were pretty tore up. Some made it to Hollywood. Our little group made it to the start of potato salad hill turn off. Dayle made it to Hollywood and V-rock like the others.

Thanks for the yank... yes, definitely a bad day for me... should've turned around when the winch malfunctioned... I guess as long as I am going to be miserable I might as well cause one heck of a traffic jam... I think your group was the first to make it around me.. lol

Curious if there is ever a Blad Mtn clean up day. Memorial weekend, we walked the trail and there were lots of cans all over the place. Pretty sad that we do not pack out what we pack in
