Topic: Nasty Rumor???

I heard a nasty rumor that Marlin is going to make a 4.0:1 gear set for a 4speed LC t-case.  Is that true?

impossible...physically won't fit in the case.  Person who mentioned that on the PBB outta get slapped.

Actually we WERE working on a 4.26:1 but it has been put on hold for the development of the ToyBox which is still forgoing RAD.

woody is right however, and we were designing a type of side skirt that will need to be fab'd on each side for the larger gear set-

  It would be great to have something like that though.  Reason being, my dad is finishiing up his Fj40 and wants to get a better crawl ratio.  He doenst really want to get the toybox cause he just bought a drive shaft from Tom Woods for just the stock tcase and doestn want to have to buy anothere one.  We are still working on it though.  Its on 37 SSRs with spring over.  We are currently putting in power steering and disc brakes up front.  I would post a pic but its 600+ KB and i dont know how to resize it.  Eventually he is going to put a NV465 and toy-box but thats not for a while he said so.
