Well I have taken my 85 4runner with a 22-re to two different mechanic's and both of them can't seem to figure out what my "cut out" is or how to fix it, and they both can't get it to pass emissions.
I'm at a loss here, and now I'm asking for your help.
Do any of you guys konw a reputable toyota mechanic, (not the stealership) that is in the Slc or Orem, Ut area.
I don't know what else to try.
