traction bar with 62" deavers
« on: Jun 11, 2009, 11:45:57 PM »
I'm running 62" deavers and 18" triple by's on my long travel yota. Im getting some pretty serious axle wrap and considering building a 3 link wishbone style traction bar. any thoughts? I've heard of running a traditional style traction bar on its own shackle to prevent the springs from binding, but wouldnt that allow some amount of axle wrap? I want it to be SOLID. My set ups a little different than most 4wds, check out my build up if it helps diagnose. my shocks are mounted on the front of the axle but still wraps like son of beeotch
