Montana mud
« on: Oct 18, 2004, 08:07:50 AM »
I had a great week of wheelin in Western Montana. My little bro and my dad visited and we did some sweet day trips. There's a fantastic ghost town called Garnet, about 70 ml from Missoula. The town itself is worth the trip, but there is also some great wheelin in the area, plus lots of cool abandoned mine stuff scattered through the woods, just don't go in! We also spent a couple days on Blue Mountian, which is just outside Missoula. Lots of great trails, from easy and scenic to downright scary, such great mud. If anyone is ever in the Missoula area and wants to do a trip or whatever, I've got a couple buddies with built toys. I also have two spare bedrooms. I'll post some action pics and ghost town ones when I get film developed. The country around here is so amazing and there just aren't that many people, which is also very nice.
